Once the student has enrolled in a continuing education program, a withdrawal request will only be accepted for reasons of force majeure or employment-related reasons, duly certified. The request must be submitted in writing to the program director, who will authorize the withdrawal together with the corresponding tuition fee refund.A student who withdraws must pay for the coursework completed up to the withdrawal date, any materials received, plus 10% of the total program fee. If the withdrawal is submitted before the activity begins, the student must pay 10% of the total program fee for the use of the reserved place.In all cases, these charges will apply regardless of whether the activity is financed by the student or by a third party. The date on which the withdrawal letter is received will be considered for the purpose of calculating the refund.No refund or reimbursement of the enrollment fee will be permitted if the withdrawal request is submitted within 72 hours prior to the start of the course.
