2023 ICBD Registration
Before paying for your registration, please pay attention to the following:
1.Check your country on this link https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519http:// to find out your registration category.
2.When you make your registration, you must attach a document that certifies your residence country, applies for Chilean and all registration categories of Low or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). This document will be also required at the on-site registration.
3. The payments must be made in our local currency (CLP). Your country/bank makes the conversion to your local currency. An approximate price of the dollar is published on the registration site.
Registration Fee includes: Access to all conference programs, conference bag and materials, coffee breaks and lunch on conference days, and a certificate of attendance.
*Students are those persons who are actively engaged in a course of academic study at the undergraduate, graduate or PhD level and/or those who are pursuing a degree in a health related career. Students will be required to show a valid student identification card at the on-site registration desk.
Registration fee may be waived for some presenters from LMICs (Low and Middle Income Countries). If you are eligible, you will be notified with your abstract acceptance letter.
Organizational and country information will be verified by the conference organizers as needed.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All costs referred to are in CLP (Chilean pesos $). All payments must be made in CLP ($) and must be received prior to the conference. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, Master Card are accepted, and Pay Pal must send a email to secretaria@massoeventos.cl
Payments by wire bank transfer* are accepted until February 20, 2023.
*The costs for international bank transfer must be assumed at the origin.
No refunds will be made once your registration has been paid.
