Once a student has enrolled in a continuing education program, withdrawal requests will only be accepted for duly documented force majeure or work-related reasons. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the program administration, which will review and authorize the request along with the corresponding tuition refund.
A student who withdraws must pay for the portion of the program completed up to the date of withdrawal, any materials received, plus 10% of the total program fee. If the withdrawal request is submitted before the start of the activity, the student must pay 10% of the total program fee for use of the reserved place.
In all cases, these charges will apply regardless of whether the program is funded by the student or by a third party. The date of receipt of the written withdrawal request will be used to calculate the refund. No refund of the enrollment fee will be granted if the withdrawal request is submitted within 72 hours prior to the start of the course.
