Participant Registration Fees include:

Coffee breaks and lunches* to be served during the congress (25th, 26th and 27th* (*Not lunch))
Welcome Cocktail and transportation 24th August 2022.
Culture activity in Santiago de Chile on 25th August 2022.
Closure dinner and transportation on 25th August 2022.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy All costs referred to are in CLP (Chilean pesos $). All payments must be made in CLP ($) and must be received prior to the conference. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on-site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, Master Card are accepted, and Pay Pal must send a email. Payments by wire bank transfer* are accepted until 16th July 2022. *The costs for international bank transfer must be assumed at the origin. Cancellation of meeting registration In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent an e-mail to the Organizing Secretary (Massoeventos): email@example.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before 30th April: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
From 1st May to 15th July 2022: 50% refund
As of 16th July 2022 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the ISDS meeting, bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
Liability and Insurance
Liability: In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the conference to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the meeting (see cancellation policy) and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
Insurance: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Chile, failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
